Our Commitment

We want you to be satisfied with ProfitBeacon. If you are not happy with your purchase, please contact us and we will work with you to find a fair resolution. This policy outlines when refunds are available and how to request one.

One-Time Plan Purchases

For one-time plan purchases (Starter, Growth, or Pro), we offer a 7-day refund window from the date of purchase, subject to the following conditions:

  • You have not made significant use of premium features (e.g., generated more than 3 PDF reports, run more than 5 saved scenarios, or performed bulk CSV analysis)
  • Your refund request is submitted within 7 calendar days of the original purchase date
  • You contact us at [email protected] with your account email and order details

Approved refunds are processed within 5-10 business days and returned to the original payment method. Upon refund, your account will revert to the free tier.

Monthly Subscription Plans

For Decision Engine subscription plans (Pro Engine, Advanced Engine, Elite):

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings
  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you retain access until then
  • Monthly subscription charges are generally non-refundable after the billing date
  • If you cancel within 48 hours of a renewal charge and have not used the Service during that period, contact us for a courtesy refund consideration

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following circumstances:

  • Requests made more than 7 days after a one-time purchase
  • Accounts that have made substantial use of premium features
  • Accounts suspended or terminated for violations of our Terms of Service
  • Promotional or discounted purchases unless otherwise stated
  • Complimentary or gifted access

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please email us at [email protected] with:

  • The email address associated with your account
  • The date of purchase
  • The plan you purchased
  • A brief reason for the refund request

We aim to respond to all refund requests within 2 business days.

Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback with your bank or card issuer without first contacting us, your account may be suspended pending resolution. We encourage you to reach out to us directly first — we are committed to resolving issues fairly and promptly.
