ProfitBeacon is a profit calculation and business decision tool designed for ecommerce sellers, manufacturers, and importers. The Service provides profit analysis, pricing strategy recommendations, inventory risk assessments, and related business intelligence tools. Results are provided for informational purposes only and do not constitute financial, legal, or investment advice.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information when creating your account
• Keep your password secure and not share it with others
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• Be at least 18 years of age or have parental consent

4. Payments and Subscriptions

ProfitBeacon offers both one-time purchase plans and subscription-based plans. By purchasing a plan, you agree to the following:

• All payments are processed securely through Stripe
• One-time purchases grant lifetime access to the features included in that plan tier
• Subscription plans are billed on a monthly basis and will auto-renew unless cancelled
• You may cancel a subscription at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period
• Prices are listed in US dollars and are subject to change with reasonable notice

5. Refund Policy

Please review our Refund Policy for full details on refunds and cancellations. In general, we offer a 7-day refund window for one-time purchases if you have not made significant use of premium features. Subscription charges are non-refundable for the current billing period after the renewal date.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. Profit calculations and recommendations are estimates based on the data you provide and should not be relied upon as the sole basis for business decisions.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ProfitBeacon shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you for any claims arising from these terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
